I am a London based psychotherapist, trainer & coach, and I believe we all have the ability to lead a more fulfilling life by improving our emotional and psychological well-being.

We live in stressful times, sometimes life’s struggles can overwhelm us, and we need a little help to move forward. Perhaps we feel an underlying unease that is difficult to define. Or it might simply be a sense that we have more to offer, that something is holding us back from being our best selves.

Using the powerful principles of Human Givens therapy, I work with individuals and organisations to undo negative unconscious patterns, unlock innate resources, and aim quickly to get life unstuck, and back on a positive footing.

The Human Givens approach to therapy can work remarkably quickly, in a few sessions to unblock psychological patterns that are causing distress in your life right now.
